Where are Oak Grove products made?

Our products are manufactured in London, UK, and Montreal, Canada.

What's the best way to get Oak Grove updates?

The newsletter (scroll down for the sign-up form) and our Instagram (@oakgroveshop) are the best ways to stay up-to-date.

How can I cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them. To request a cancellation:

  1. Contact us immediately at support@oakgrove.shop with your order number.
  2. We will confirm if your order is eligible for cancellation and process it accordingly.

Please note: Cancellations are no longer possible after 12 hours.

Shipping

Where do you ship?

Currently, we ship to the United States, United Kingdom, and select European countries (France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, and Spain). Please contact us if you would like to place an order to a destination not listed here - support@oakgrove.shop.

City Tote, Skinny Tumbler: Currently, shipping is limited to the United States.

When will I receive my order?

Blankets, pillows, towels, Everyday Tote, and Flat Tote: These ship from the UK and typically arrive within 5–7 business days.

City Tote and 20oz Tumbler: These ship to the US from Canada and typically arrive within 7–10 business days. Note: these products are only available for shipping to the US.

Orders may arrive in separate packages depending on what you ordered.

Will my items ship together?

Depending on the products in your order, some items may be shipped separately to ensure the fastest delivery times. You’ll receive tracking details for all shipments.

Returns

Can I return my product?

We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly (support@oakgrove.shop) and we’ll take you through the process.
