Return Policy


At Oak Grove, we strive for perfection in every order. 


While we aim for a seamless experience, we understand that occasional mistakes can occur. Please inspect your order upon receipt and reach out to us (support@oakgrove.shop) immediately if you encounter any issues with defects, damages, or if you’ve received the wrong item. We are committed to evaluating the issue and making it right for you.

 

  • If you receive a defective or damaged item (e.g. broken zipper, torn fabric), or the incorrect item, please email customer service (support@oakgrove.shop) within 30 days of receiving your order. Include clear photo evidence in your email to expedite the resolution process. Upon approval, we’ll email you a pre-paid return shipping label and instructions for the return process. We’ll also issue you a full refund for the item(s), not including shipping.
  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any other reason, you can return it for within 30 days of receiving your order and receive Oak Grove store credit. Contact customer service (support@oakgrove.shop) and we will send you a pre-paid return shipping label so you can mail the item(s) back to us.
  • Gift Cards: We accept returns on gift cards as long as they have not been used or redeemed. Contact our customer service (support@oakgrove.shop) to initiate this process.
