Return & Refund Policy for United Kingdom (UK) Customers

We hope you love your purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, our return policy for the UK provides you with the following options.

 

14-Day Right to Return

UK customers have the right to return items within 14 days of receiving their order. This 14-day period begins on the day you receive the goods.

Once we receive your returned item(s), we’ll issue a full refund of your original order, including the original shipping costs (if applicable).

Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We cover the return shipping costs if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Faulty or Misdescribed Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you have the right to request a repair, replacement, or full refund.

  • You must report the issue within 30 days of receiving the item to be eligible for a full refund.
  • After 30 days, if the item develops a fault, you may still be entitled to a repair or replacement.
  • If we’re unable to repair or replace the item, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund, depending on the situation.
  • These rights are provided under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and are separate from your 14-day right to change your mind.
